I’ve been a trial lawyer for 30-plus years. I think your trial reporting is fantastic. It makes you feel like you’re there in the courtroom. Keep doing what you do - you are much appreciated!

Not just lying, lying for no reason. It doesn’t even matter. In those good old days, presidential administrations didn’t meddle in DOJ prosecutions anyway.

I’ve practiced in federal court for decades. I can tell you that the Bondi approach - having the Department lawyers tell the judge to shut up and mind his own business - won’t go over well at all.

Does this mean the US Justice Department is going to prosecute state misdemeanor vandalism cases? Constitution aside, those are interesting priorities.

I represent a lot of poor and lower middle class people. For years I’ve been telling anyone who will listen that they’re really angry. We’re seeing that anger turn into something really malignant.
