You forgot that outpatient behavioral health is excluded. In BC it's thru extended benefits (paid by employers) which ranges from $500-3000 per year. MA clinicians charge $100-$175/hr. Benefits don't offer much. EAP also caps seasions. Until BH moves to pay-for-value models this will be challenging

Easy solution: Go to your local library. Can't remember when I last had to buy a book that I wanted to read that they didn't have or had on order.
