I’d imagine it potentially could be. I once read of a Canadian minister being forced to resign for asking a judge when a decision may be delivered. Although the action of an MP may seem innocuous, an unintended result could be that the judge is pressured - politically - to deliver

This is incorrect. Clause 6(1) provides that the Bill extends to Scotland, that’s why the Scottish Parliament had to grant legislative consent for the Bill (see minutes of Scot Parl dated 31 October 2024). The Bill very clearly applies to Scotland.
