Anything that says legendary in a type box on either face (and is a complete permanent in absence of any other cards) should be legal. The game has evolved past creatures only. Too many cool non-creature legendaries

Marginally more than the cheap commanders that ramp/are dorks imo, I'm sure there are edge cases but there's way more busted uses of the zone

I was wandering through a store one day, and saw this on the shelf. My "raised on Gundam" self never stood a chance. I still have this commander today, in the very front page of my prized cards binder.
