More test renders. while these appear to be stills from a finished animation, character designer Paul Claerhout has clarified they were only ever pre-rendered stills.

According to Paul, the lead characters name was "Hap"

BONUS: for those unaware, Slap originates from an "Oh Yeah! Cartoons" short called "What is Funny?" created by Bill Burnett & Vincent Waller. his full name is "Slap T. Pooch"
