Last year, I stopped daily journaling.
I didn’t realize how important it was until recently.
See, I’m one of those people who only notices they were going through something after it happens. And without a journal, I had nothing to look back on—no way to see patterns, or track progress.

💧 I set a daily goal of drinking 8 cups of water because that’s what Google said. Within days, I realized I was setting myself up for failure.
I barely drink 1-3 cups a day—some days, none at all. 🥲
So, I adjusted my tracker in @notion.com to 5 cups.
