Easy call for Canada. Collapsing slower than the UK, getting more habitable as the anthropocene ramps up, way easier to acquire a defensive rifle. Worst case you deal with an american occupation for a bit before the famines start.

Enough land to grow staples and feed for small livestock seems like the move for anyone planning for say, 2050. It doesn't need to be a 150 acre ranch in rural montana, there's 15 acre farms that are suburb-ish and let you split the difference.
