I really struggle with S2, I never managed to watch it completely after the first time. It lacks the strong narrative core of getting from mars to Edmonton. I think the beginning meanders and I can’t force myself to push through it because I don’t want to see the character I love suffer again.

Having read the book, I think the author had an idea for a cool fantasy world, but somewhere along the line, they just skipped shaving off the serial numbers of history.The series kinda ran out of steam in the 3rd book. They just try to hit all remaining cool ideas and then wrap up the story.

Preposterous, manga are in black and white! Therefore only the first adventure, Tintin au pays des soviets qualify as a manga.

In all seriousness, it might be a result AI(derogatory) getting its wire mixed up since manga are among the most popular comics currently.
