My hope is that the Republican Party will DIE. And that the Democratic Party (which is already conservative) will be the “right-wing” party, and that new, truly left-wing parties arise and TAKE OVER.

So donald trump has shown the USA their government balance of power is a myth. Like any other government can be overtaken by any authoritarian. The courts no power to enforce their rulings nor does the congress. The US Marshall service is under jurisdiction of DOJ under control executive branch.
