Kidnapped by his dad, taken out of state, &location concealed. Grandson called us 4 help gave us CA address. 4-days later, he wound up in ER w florid psychosis. He spent 3-wks in residential treatment,and released to his dad, even though his dad is felon &under investigation by CPS, and
