My heart aches still for all the beautiful souls lost on 9/11 and for the family and friends left behind. Honor them with love, because life is short, we do not have much time for the gladdening of hearts of those who walk the dark journey with us. Oh be swift to love and make haste to be kind.

This bill is so beautiful that while a senator, her husband and dog were murdered by a political extremist, the GOP regime chose to ram through this bill at the same time as her funeral so no sitting senators were able to pay their respects and attend. ⬇️

I had the good fortune of meeting @booker.senate.gov on the steps of the Capitol this summer. He was friendly and genuine. He listened as this Mom from red FL shared her concerns. He promised he would do all he could for ALL of us. Knew he was the real deal then, now maybe everyone else will too
