USA prisons have always been abysmal. Now it's even worse.

DHS should NEVER have been given billions in the first place. We KNEW where this was headed. Now there's death camps everywhere and more slated to come, all paid for by the very people who are being thrown in these torture chambers for life, with no due process at all.
