Her tense expression has changed to an embarrassed one, blush filling her face with her mouth agape in awe. An overlay shows that she is being livestreamed by a news station, with several viewers commenting on the situation unfolding as she reports. Part 3 of the sequence: a presumably even more powerful gust of wind has struck Abi, tearing off a significant chunk of her rainwear as well as her underwear beneath, completely exposing her to the elements!
