I would prefer fixing the existing roads first. I would assume that we need new ones, but damn, I feel like I’m going to pop a tire on every route I take through St. Louis city and county.

That band is artistically underrated, but commercially rated perfectly. Still love the songs big time. Not true for many 90s acts
