I'm using DC as a reference for where i grew up because the temp averages are identical and people actually know where DC is. if you live in LA you lose all rights to rag on anyone on the east coast complaining about hot weather

this bad boy has saved my ass a few times. not a perfect solution because i am mildly allergic to wheat, but I'm willing to deal with a little gastrointestinal distress and eczema and breathing shit later on if the need for nutrition is dire enough
