5mg per 5 days has been my dose simply cause I am using Neofollin which comes in ampules of 5 mg. Either 4-5 mg per 5 days or 6-8mg per 7 is good. Basically either up the frequency or dosage. You will peak more if you just up the dosage though. I’m personally looking at switching to enanthate.

3mg/7days estradiol valerate is a bit low of a dose. There is a high chance that most of the time your E2 levels are too low. It’d be best to test your E2 right before the injection time to see if that’s true. I suppose it’s kind of a 50/50 whether your t is suppressed by e. You can test that.

Drop the spiro. Your T is so low you might even benefit from having a little more of it. I doubt it will go up that much. Source: been on estradiol valerate 5mg weekly and then switched to 5 days. T was also quite low(on both regimens) and for a bit i considered supplementing it. D3 helped though.

I was convinced by my dad to start transitioning when I started living in a more safe country. I went from Ukraine to Poland, and somehow Poland didn’t register as much safer. 18 is when I came out and 22 is when I started. Just pissed away 4 years.
