If you're following the right wing owned media you could be mistaken for not realising what's actually happening. The right is cannibalising votes from itself AND shedding voters to the centre left at the same time.

I'm guessing in the main it's the usual crypto & non-UK gambling firms but I'd love to hear suggestions that are somehow worse than Visit Rwanda.

I don't think this aspect gets enough attention because with squad players costing £50m, every player out of the academy is another £50m they can afford to spend on a player they don't need...

Nicely balanced and nuanced. I too think the CL numbers represent his approximate level and for the money that's fine. The cascade effects are potentially the biggest upside, he cannot be left unmarked by a defender, which means one less body to stop Saka etc.

Why? There are more important questions than performative virtue signalling, like why did the CPS wait so long to charge him, who advised the club on how to handle the situation and what was their advice? Only if they were advised they could do things and didn't should anyone be held responsible.
