But the MIND trial does not use antipsychotics like CL psych does. 80% hypoactive and haloperidol 20mg = not standard practice. CL Psych uses antipsychotics to treat agitation associated with delirium, not to “treat delirium,” which these studies don’t assess. Good news -they appear to be very safe.
