So true. I’m 30 years in and battered. Senior leaders pay no heed to workload in my MAT, there’s a veneer of pretence about trying to reduce it but they soon show their true colours. All fuelled by ‘but we have a moral obligation to the children’. Always at the expense of my own kids 😔

She also needs to reconsider how pay rises in schools are funded. Without cash to cover them schools with need to make staffing cuts
