Also, the implication that I don’t loathe the GOP just because I criticize democrats is absurd on its face. I just know they’re unreachable. Let me call up my congresspeople, I’m sure Marsha Blackburn cares what I have to say.

Three of those people are either dems or caucus with dems so I’m not really sure what you’re going for here. If you’re trying to shame me by implying I don’t care for the moderate wing of the party then, yeah, guilty I guess. I still voted for Biden and Harris.

I pay more attention than most and I’ve seen basically nothing. That might be just it not getting picked up, I’m willing to admit that could be the case. The message that is prevailing is leaders in congress proclaiming there’s nothing they can do. Doing nothing about DOGE, etc.

Look man, I don’t know how to tell you this, but even if i had a 10 point plan to fix everything that would definitely work, no one in the party is ever going to see it. It is ok to recognize that you are being failed without also being ready to do the job of the failures for them.

What do I expect them to do? Maybe anything beyond shrugging their shoulders, confirming Trump’s appointments, and then going home for a long weekend. Pretending to give a fuck would be a start.
