A middle-aged Gyppo clambers up the steps on the path up Pen-Y-Ghent, his small bulldog Lola strapped into a special kind of back-pack contraption for small\aged\spoilt dogs (she's all three). The same middle-aged Gyppo at the top of Pen-Y-Ghent, having climbed so far up that he's now in the clouds & the beautiful view is obscured. Metaphor for life, or something. He did, at least, not have a bulldog on his back at this juncture. Lola gazes in wonder across Hull Pot, rumoured to be the "largest natural hole in Britain" (all jokes RE: the author possessing the largest natural hole in Britain to the usual address), probably at some tasty-looking sheep on the far side.

Lawyers representing the group’s co-founder Huda Ammori argued in court that these activities were not intended to “influence the government” and therefore could not satisfy the statutory test for terrorism. While one incident involved several alleged assaults, moreover, UK officials broadly recognised that Palestine Action (PA) does not promote or encourage attacks on people. The JTAC assessment notes how: “PA media channels highly likely will only share footage, or encourage, instances of property damage. PA branded media will highly unlikely explicitly advocate for violence against persons”. The documents also indicate how national security concerns were not a central factor in the Home Office’s decision to proscribe. Indeed, they barely feature in the government’s open evidence."

That is the fucking real difference between these two, & you can tell that to the next asshole who tells you that they're actually two sides of the same coin."
