There were also coupons in Ukraine. They were produced during Oct 1990 - Dec 1991. Consumers paid for goods in Soviet rubles and gave the seller coupons for the amount of the purchase.

Vietnam's green stamps are unique in that each #note is dedicated exclusively to a specific product. With on-note coupons, you can only purchase the items listed on the tear-off coupons, making it impossible to purchase other items.

In 1952, Israeli Prime Minister Ben-Gurion proposed including Albert Einstein's face in the design of the new 5 Lirot #note. This proposal was implemented in 1968.
