According to Clip Studio it took 63 hours to make, not counting audio editing and some outside stuff

Clip Studio's new Puppet Warp feature is cool and is a great start.
But to be really useful it needs a few things like Bones, saving the Pins of the layer and Keyframing at the very least.
I dunno if they'll ever compete with live2d but they could at least get halfway there.
