Playing through Wizardry 8, released in 2001, forget that it had a system where the actions you take improve your skills, and as I was grinding up my Earth skill, remembered a certain other game that had that great and forward-thinking RPG mechanic you don't see a lot of...yep... QUEST 64 !

Took a crack at making a sorta tagliatelle - smidge too thick in retrospect but came out very tasty, along with some garlic bread made from leftover buns I made last week

Due to turkey being kinda cheap compared to other meats, did a turkey dinner in the middle of July! Bun is a king arthur recipe, using it tomorrow for hamburgers as well

Lot easier to roll out the sheet to a nice thickness, did it much more evenly than prior pasta making attempts

Sunday pizza! Probably my favorite dough I've done yet - did 4 hours proofing yesterday, then ~24 hours in the fridge after the punchdown. Very flavorful.
