Adams discussed his exploration of alternative treatments, including the antiparasitic medications, ivermectin and fenbendazole. Adams said that he tried these drugs not out of strong belief in their efficacy but because he perceived little downside risk. With his doctor's approval, he said he experimented with these treatments, acknowledging that his physician did not expect them to be effective. Ultimately, Adams said that the treatments had no impact on his condition.

Why did NPR interview a guy at the Heritage Foundation and relay HIS thoughts BEFORE mentioning infectious disease experts who work for universities or who have titles like President of the Infectious Disease Society of America?

WHY MENTION HIM AT ALL?

There’s a list of 131 schools that fit the criteria for the list.

#MountHolyokeCollege is on that list, so they might be targeted.

“To basically comply with things that are not within our values simply because we feel a threat of investigation is something that we should not be doing as the higher education community,” she said. “Instead, we need to just say ‘No! Here's what we stand for. We will continue to stand for this. And if you believe that you can legally challenge our mission or our values, that's up to you to try to do,’” Holley said.

About ten days ago, I asked Bill Raskin, a Yale professor who specializes in physical and earth sciences and authored the book After the Map: Cartography, Navigation, and the Transformation of Territory in the Twentieth Century, whether Trump could just change the gulf’s name. He offered the following: The Gulf of Mexico does appear as a “domestic name,” since it appears on U.S. government-issued maps, but of course it’s also an international name, maintained by longstanding consensus and convention among all the peoples and countries of the world. Every five years there are meetings of the United Nations Conference on the Standardization of Geographical Names (UNCSGN), and there’s a standing United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names (UNGEGN). But there are definitely examples of bodies of water that different countries want to name differently (one of the most contentious today is the sea west of Japan), so it’s not like the UN can magically create consensus. The multilateral International Hydrographic Organization also publishes official “Limits of Oceans and Seas” (including the Gulf of Mexico), but they’re not really in the business of standardizing names. So, short answer: I suppose anything is possible, but even if the U.S. president pushes the “rename major feature of the world” button on the Resolute Desk, other countries (or individuals) are under no obligation to go along. (Whether private mapping companies like Google, Apple, or National Geographic can be compelled to change names on maps that appear in the U.S., I’m not sure but I doubt it.)

This is a closeup of part of a person’s body. You can see from about armpit to waist on the right side of the torso. The right arm is bent so you can see from elbow to wrist. They are wearing a light blue shirt with a bright orange cable knit cardigan sweater over it. It is bright orange, but not like a traffic cone or hunting vest. It is the color of a bright orange egg yolk. The color name is Küken and the yarn is made by Wollmeise and is DK weight The cardigan’s sleeve is unfinished and stops a few inches above the wrist. A set of circular knitting needles can be seen running through the unfinished sleeve end. The left hand of the person is placed on the arm just below the unfinished sleeve. I put my hand there because I didn’t have a measuring tape and I was trying to figure out how much sleeve I still had to knit before starting the cuff. TIP: if you ever have to figure this out and you have one sleeve completed, and the sleeve has a pattern on it…. COUNT the pattern repeats. Much more reliable. LOL Happy Knitting!

Forgot to mention O’Brien is from Medford and he looks like this

He’s bald and physically strong looking & wearing glasses. He’s looking down at a piece of paper. I saw this exchange live, so while the photo may not capture the tension in his body, it was there. He looks like a total bad ass, but also an in control bad ass. The kind of guy who knows he could flatten you, and doesn’t feel the need to posture or act tough or fight anybody. Mullin sounded like a guy who felt he HAD to act tough to impress people.

Cast of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers tv show which aired on American tv 1982-83 8 people in an outdoors setting. I think they are sitting on a hay bale in front of a barn. 1 woman and 7 actors playing brothers ranging from age from about 12 to 32. 7 are wearing plaid & all are dressed in western style clothes. They have some followers that appear to be decent folks. I wonder if they are part of any follow back parties or curated lists
