Watched 2 grandparents suffer from this. Currently watching my dad do the same. This is much, much needed research. Why can't these officials check their expiration dates and stop screwing with what's left of ours?

Most of us cannot afford to stock up. It's unfortunate. What we should do is build local communities for barter/trading. That will help a little.
