Are you on android? I've used revanced for a while now and it prevents ads from happening. (I actually didn't even seek it out for this purpose, I got the original youtube vanced because youtube doesn't provide an option to hide the screencast button lol)

Discord screen sharing can be a little finicky with some applications. Have you tried streaming your full screen instead of Dolphin's window?
