Imagine if Canadia invaded our border and took almost 20,000 American children, then "disappeared" them into their system.

A cartel leader destroys families and kills people for money. A CEO of an insurance company destroys families and kills people for money.
I do NOT condone violence AT ALL, but I am also not surprised that a drug lord or a CEO, both profiting from harming others, would meet a violent end.
