My concern is the cliff edge our graduates are heading towards. We’re creating a generation of over qualified baristas.
The myth do well at school, get your A levels, get a degree & you’ll be set for life with well paid employment just isn’t true.

Type of employment matters. Both my son & nephew have 2.1s from Russell Group unis, recent graduates. Both in employment. One stacks shelves at Tesco & the other is a waiter.
