I need another hobby like I need a hole in the head, and yet... At least I can knit the yarn I spin, so it works.

For Lunar New Year, I made nián gāo (using the recipe from @tastinghistory.bsky.social ) and it turned out really well! One thing that gives me joy is trying foods from different places and times. I feel like I learn so much about that place from its food.
