I agree GRADE is being abused to take advantage of the ignorant who don't know what any of it means..but how to create another system as there IS hierarchy of quality concerning types of studies no matter system we create/use. How do we ensure another data-quality rating system can't also be abused?

even if we don't explicitly reject GRADE, it will be crucial to educate people about what "low quality evidence/data" actually even means, which is not at all what GOP/RW/anti-trans dolts have been selling and doesn't mean the evidence is "bad/unreliable" or can't make sound decisions based on it.

great analysis! My sister deals with "pattern 1"..success became a burden. Fearing coming out means likely loss of most family/friends/good relationship/job she loves and worked 20+yrs etc..and sadly? it's true, she might lose all. Much harder decision than if you already have nothing left to lose.

On a side note..could potentially end up actually a good thing when they go through all the effort/time/money setting up detransition services and they end up with so few people who apply it has to drastically reduce size and/or close down just due to lack of patients..proving again, regret is rare.
