Labor Day was spent laboring. Nostalgia Ink acquired a massive collection of about 70,000 comic books. While there are no major key books, we have uncovered some good stuff.

Was really not sure what to expect from a title like White House Robot Romance, but the first issue is good. Really good. You should definitely pick it up on 9/3!

Another unheralded classic is Major Bummer by the stellar team of @johnarcudi.bsky.social and Doug Mahnke. Not sure if it's still in print, but worth tracking down.

Found in the wild at Giant Liquors in Maineville, OH. They also have it in Mason. Have heard Jungle Jim's also carries it. As someone who dislikes IPAs, this is a really good beer.

With the 2nd hard cover of Manifest Destiny releasing tomorrow, I started rereading the series to freshen up my memory. I'm pleasantly reminded of just how great this series was, and I can't wait to finish reading it

Dan has really grown as an artist over the past number of years. He's been killing it lately, and this is a great cover. This Detective cover is amazing.

We're now carrying a new game by a local game designer called Big Chicken. This strategic card game is a mishmash of Hearts, Poker and Uno. (I'm told it will be coming to Kickstarter within the next year.)
