The question "Does Israel have the right to exist?" is designed to prevent us from asking the more relevant questions: "Did Israel have the right to be created through ethnic cleansing and occupation?"

In the case of Israel, the state was established through the occupation of Palestine and the displacement and killing of nearly a million native Palestinians (the 1948-49 Nakba), in systematic violation of human rights. Did the world gain rights through this process? No, it suffered a net loss.

But that right does not extend to anything they do while existing, nor does it legitimize the means by which their state was established.

The question conflates the existence of a state structure with the existence of people. Do the people who have organized themselves under the state of Israel have the right to exist? Of course. All people have the right to exist.

No, they simply exist as constructs. People have the right to organize themselves and duties when doing so. What they create doesn't a priori have the right to exist. It depends on what they create and how!

States are power structures created by people to organize themselves. They are not moral agents. They are not living beings. People are. Does a specific political party have the right to exist? Does a particular corporation have the right to exist?

It all starts with manipulation of language:

- hostages vs detainees
- war (which ones are the two armies ?)
- peace (what you mean by peace ?)

and all those other words that should be used and never are.

This blatant deception is a response to lots of people waking up.

Instead, almost nothing happens in the open where I live.
Almost... one flag travelled 60 km around Mountain View, Woodside, Stanford, and Palo Alto.

The level of atrocities reached in this past two years must unblock the states of the world. They must send a confrontational military force to end crimes against humanity.
