I got myself a Nespresso coffee machine. The coffee is great at $1.10 a cup. The Espresso is great as well. The pods are recycled and don’t end up in a landfill.

Use a metronome for the chord changes. Rhythm is everything. Set it to a low BPM like 40 beats a minute and just practice chord changes. Once you get the rhythm right, singing is a little easier. Keep practicing as it will bring you joy.

One thing that leaned me out was cutting as much sugar as possible from my diet. I lost 20 pounds by quitting sodas, fruit juices and no sugar in my coffee. Also lowered my A1C.

My A1C was slightly elevated, so I stopped all extra sugar. No sodas, no fruit juices and no sugar in my coffee. I 4 months I lost 20 pounds. I had my yearly physical and my A1C is now back in the normal range.
