I’d like it if they did away with fantasy assists and stuck to opta as they do with many stats.

Drawn 7 of 16 league games should read! Broke my phone screen this morning when a taxi drove over it!

Arsenal won last 6 bs Crystal Palace, scoring 19 times, conceding only 4.

Palace surely have one eye in the weekend FA Cup Semi-Final, Arsenal maybe thinking ahead to their CL Semi the following midweek.

Low scoring 2-0 home win.

In a match up between two CL-place chasers, Aston Villa have lost last 9 in all comps at the Etihad. In fact, they haven’t won away at Manchester City since 2007.

City better at home as are Villa. Both teams picked up similar points in last 10 (Villa 18, City 17).

Going to call draw 2-2.

Nottingham Forest need to arrest their slide back towards the chasing pack in their race for the CL spots.

Spurs continue to look suspect with focus surely now on the Europa league.

That being said, can see this being a surprise and Spurs winning 3-1.

Liverpool won last 6 vs Leicester and look to move closer to wrapping up the league.

Leicester got first point since end of January last time out (and scored!) but hard to see anything but a comprehensive away win. 0-3 Liverpool.

Wolves are unbeaten in 5 PL games (W4 D1).

Manchester United hadn’t won in all comps in 4 matches before their miraculous recovery in the Europa League.

Can see midweek exertions taking their toll and Wolves doing the double over United in the Prem for the first time.

1-2 Wolves.

Ipswich have shown real fight this season but still often fall short.

On that note, I’ll keep this brief! Arsenal to stay sharp and focused and nail down second. Comfortable 0-3 away win.

This London derby mostly ends up with a Chelsea success, with Fulham losing 5 of last 6 (W1).

Really tough to call this one as form has been similar for a long stretch (last 10, Fulham have 15 points, Chelsea 14, both 0 GD).

Sit on the Craven Cottage fence here. 1-1.

Aston Villa have only lost twice at home all season in all comps (Palace EFL 1/8 finals, Arsenal PL GW2), though have drawn 7 out of 18 league games.

Newcastle have won 8 of last 10 away in all comps.

At Villa park, Newcastle only won 1 of last 8 (4L 3D).

Tough to call. 3-2 Villa.

West Ham haven’t won in their last 5 games (D2 L3) but impressed last time out vs the Champions elect.

Southampton only picked up 1 points from last 8 PL games.

Hard to see anything but a home win. 3-1 The Hammers.

Everton haven’t won this matchup since 2017, that’s a run of 16 matches (D3 L13). They do continue to impress under the Moyesiah, only losing 1-0 to Liverpool in last 9 games.

City performing better recently, with one defeat in 8, winning 2 or last 3 away (D1).

Back another away win. 0-1.

After going unbeaten in 8 in all comps, Crystal Palace have got smashed in the last 2.

Bournemouth finally got their first PL win in 2 months last time out.

Traditionally a low scoring match (last 8 games produced 10 total goals), can see this being low scoring again.

0-1 away win.

I’ve never had a successful BB tbh so even the appearance points are putting me on a small green
April 13, 2025 at 3:23 AM
Cheers man. Hasn’t started well 😂😂😂

I’ve moved to Murphy and going for the BB this week. Verbruggen, Gvardiol, Semenyo and Kerkez on the bench (could just as easily be Raya and Saliba instead of the Brighton and City guys but it really doesn’t matter)
April 11, 2025 at 10:19 PM
My Gordon GW30 WC risk isn’t paying off yet. Hope he’s back for the double 🤞.

At least I get Semenyo’s 6 points off the bench. Might be my first bench jam of the the year!

Spurs have an awful record at Stamford Bridge — they only have one win in the PL (2018).

Chelsea won 3/4 in all comps at home 2-0. Chelsea won 6 of last 7 at home.

Spurs lost 4 of last 5 away.

Favour history with a few goals. 3-2 Chelsea
