Been doing some digging. FWIW, Shout was acquired back in 2023. But the PE group bought FilmRise back in July and merged it with Shout to form a new company. Scuttlebutt is that they just want to get out of direct sales and continue distributing through sites like Gruv.

Just have myself hoping the team can sell him on, like, 3/40 to come back.
