I Love Lost Odyssey! One of my top RPGs ever!

Completely fair. Mirror, pretty much being a bracket 4+ card, probably makes it fine. The more I think about the combo of brackets and the unbans, the less annoyed I am.

I guess it's not as bad as I was thinking. I think the main thing is that I don't think they should have unbanned until they get the Brackets/Game Changers nailed down.

5/5 The other cards, I'm pretty meh on. Braids as a commander can be avoided pretty easily and in the 99 is fine. C. Victory is just a boring auto-include win condition in any 5 color deck.

4/x The only other thing I'm kind of iffy about is Gifts Ungiven. It's such a powerful card that may be fine based on brackets, but really there should be another bracket below the current 3 that is basically 3 with few tutors.

3/x Sway - Other than letting people troll people, I don't know what the format gains from adding this. The more I think about this one, I think it's a unban due to not thinking anyone will run this.

2/x P. Mirror - I never saw this card played in a fun way (Always was used for infinite turns.) If you are going to unban this card, why not unban Paradox Engine while you are at it.

1/x Firstly, I think they shouldn't touch the banned list at all until they are sure how the final version of the bracket system is.

I get to play both ways. In general, I love playing with new people. The only time I don't is when the people are there to pub stomp and don't communicate the style of game they are looking for. Meeting new people is great to me and I have a fairly static group I meet with every week as well.

Still will take the W with how banged up our team is. :-)

Final point about the night, I got to play with 2 people I hadn't play with before. I've been going to House Rules for years now, and I still find new people to meet and play with. And at least it seemed like everyone was having a great time.

So when I was lucky and drew a plains I could cast Osgir and start ramping with him and Karn, Legacy Reforged. I ended up winning the game by making Psychosis Crawler tokens and cracking a Memory Jar. Most fun thing I did was exile someone's Clever Impersonator with Dino DNA. Clone tokens are great!

I lost the R&R game due to not really counting damage to attack.

Last was Osgir. This was by far the longest game and I kept the greediest hand. Played turn one Inventor's Fair, Sol Ring, Fellwar Stone with no other land/mana rocks in hand. Luckily the Fellwar stone was able to produce my colors.

Next was Rubinia. I got to play someone else's Giant Adephage turn 4, Parallel Lives turn 5 and it never got answered. Ended with 16 tokens.

Next was Rashmi and Ragavan where I had the worst luck with the triggers. I hit lands 6 out of 7 times. I did get to put Auton Soldier in a Mimic Vat. :-)
