I'm really fed up and annoyed with Microsoft politics with their products. Lots of things, like droplets of water that eventually overfill the bowl.
Another reason is I would just love to learn a new skill. It seems fun and I want to pick it up as a hobby.

The more I learn about the system, I get so excited to move to Linux! I decided to wait until the end of midterm exams, so I won't encounter any problems when I really need my laptop.

It truly is. I'm still on a learning curve, just started using it last week.
But it feels like old school Word with all the modern tools. Simple and effective.

Yeah, It's surprisingly easy to move to Linux now. I remember it was so difficult like 5-7 years ago, when my cousin tried to explain it to me haha
I'm glad I learned about WiFi card beforehand, it's not much hassle, but would be an inconvenient surprise.

I can say the same about ALR and many other obese/severely underweight bloggers.
