The issue isn’t whether Universal Healthcare can work. The issue is how do we get from where we are to UH. It took Canada decades and it has a ton of limits we might not like.

The point being we have to find a starting point that can grow it into what works here

Across all regulated critical national infrastructure sectors, more NIS incidents have been reported this year than ever before, with the transport and drinking water sectors the most impacted.

Clearly. This, NIS-2 and CER directives.
I definitely think this is a step in the right direction, shifting some of the responsibility from the consumer to the vendor.
