My cat was 22 lbs when she moved in in 2020 and recently got down to 15. She's still eating disordered (will only eat one type of canned food, has to be fed small portions every 2-3 hours around the clock) and the vet says she needs to lose 2 more lbs. But chonk doesn't have to be forever.
