So as a summary. Russia is waging a hybrid war against Finland and presumably many other countries in NATO/EU or ones that might be looking in that direction.
They use domestic groups and they also use finnish personnel. This is amplified by regular people who are easily influenced.

1/2 Euroopan avaruusjärjestön Smos-mittaussatelliitti kokenut häiriöitä ja Venäjää pidetään häiriöiden lähteenä. Venäjän ei epäillä häirinneen satelliittia tarkoituksella, vaan häiriöt olisivat peräisin esim. sotilastutkien käytöstä tai GPS-häirinnästä.
Vakavia häiriöitä Euroopan avaruusjärjestön mittaussatelliitissa – Epäilyt kohdistuvat tuttu...
Smos-satelliitin havainnoima mikroaaltojen taajuusalue on 1400–1427 megahertsiä. Tämän taajuusalueen pitäisi olla muuten poissa käytöstä.
