I may be going, but have too much month left at the end of my money! Last visit I bought a sheepskin seat pad, a ring and a pendant. Fabulous makers, and Carolyn is a good friend, and very talented too.

Not been to Porto before. Been on my list for ages, so plunged in. Meant to be lovely. Been such a miserable wet winter, couples with bi-polar doldrums, so treating myself

Pilates, Yoga, Contemporary dance. 4x classes a day, plus other stuff (massage, wellness/mindfulness workshops). A 21st century (non hippy) retreat. 4-day detox with no daytime food 😬
