Enda gången man möjligen kan avfärda terrorism vid masskjutningar är om personen i fråga är psykiskt sjuk. I övrigt så är gärningspersonen precis som du skriver en del av en gemenskap. Att blunda för det faktumet leder enbart till en sak, fler masskjutningar.
