Panel now at #PowerOfData. Turning plans into progress. Really good discussion. On quality of data - Paul Downey saying (wrt planning data) the data is the 'the thing', eg a passport is the entry in the passport database, not the passport. Kind of like the opposite of the map is not the territory.
