Visiting is Medicine 💛

Earlier this month I celebrated 10 years of human rights work at the Canadian Museum For Human Rights. It was an honour to speak on a panel about how I once protested the museum and now walk with them frequently. Plus getting interviewed by @strombo.bsky.social was pretty damn awesome too 🌟

Today I agreed to help coordinate the 2nd Annual North End Neighbour's Culture Fest in May of 2025!

If you know anyone who has a cultural connection to the neighbourhood, is someone who could perform, can help with donations or support in any other way please let me know!

This is my first kids book We Need Everyone! 🌟 it was published earlier in 2024 by Highwater Press and was illustrated by the legendary Tiff Bartel! It also comes with a free teacher's guide and I have developed a Self Care Plan I'm excited to share too! 📚
