Many aurora chaser pack up and go home when the aurora starts flickering as it usually not render as dramatic pictures. Flickering happens as the aftermath of a substorm (what you see here) or as the more general type of aurora towards the morning side of night. April 19 -25, Sollefteå, Sweden.
