Also yes, this game is here because I recently started playing it again after not touching it for two years.

I have to admit, Natlan's quest wasn't as bad as internet had led me to believe. Sure, it would've been better if I had been allowed to play it instead of it mostly being a cutscene lol

5. Genshin Impact

I got through the pandemic because of this one.

And I keep trying to tell myself that the writing is bad (because it is) and that other games have better mechanics (because they do), but I just love that goddamn bard too much to stay away from this dumpster fire.

4. Baba is You

Listen. The amount of mind fuckery this game has forced me to go through in order to solve the levels is insane.

The game design is pure genius, and the amount of different solutions to the puzzles is too much. I love everything about this game so much, even if it makes my head hurt

3. NieR Automata

Listen. I like hot women who can kick ass. Add to that an amazing(ly depressing) story and you've got me hooked.

Will I ever replay this game? Probably not, I cried for three hours last time after the ending. Will this game live in my head rent free? Absolutely.

2. Baldur's Gate 3

As a long time DnD player my already high expectations were completely blown away by this game. You can truly do anything, from befriending a (literally) hot tiefling with anger issues to having sex with a tentacle monster.

Oh and I guess you can also save the world. No biggie.

1. Subnautica

I actually originally bought this game because it looked like a fun underwater survival game and I completely missed the horror tag. Imagine my surprise when I got to meet Big Friend for the first time :)

10/10, would shit my pants again

Needless to say, I haven't used it since and I never will again lol

I used ChatGPT once when my mom, aunt and I were playing a word game and all of us started wondering whether or not there were any words in our language that ends in T.

It took maybe two minutes after that for me to figure out that GPT was fucking wrong when it claimed there was only one 😂
