I've had exactly ONE progressive organization list Bluesky as a platform for supporting their message. I send responses to all them (charitable or political) asking why they want me to use Twitter. Ridiculous Amnesty, Doctors w'out Borders, Oxfam...

I was interested in its anti-war message. Wonder what the Republican Clint Eastwood thinks of that now? Enjoyed Eli Wallach to the hilt. Do think For a Few Dollars More had some more striking cinematic moments.

With the number of NFL potential players from that team, who pass on playing a bowl game for fear of injury, which happened Quite a lot last year, making highly ranked tams suddenly weaker, I can see why they did it. The fear of injury is justified given the very uneven referring we've seen to date.

Tx for the tip on Thomas Perry. I'd stopped looking for his books quite a while ago as there was a long wait before another came out. Checked my local library and lo and behold, lots of newer titles I'd never read.

We gave six grand nephews and nieces books or book certificates this year, as usual. You have to encourage it.
