Here is my proposed redistricting of Maryland, to axe Andy Harris in response to Missouri axing Emmanuel Cleaver with their mid-decade power grab. These districts are even cleaner than the current map's. Drawn using Dave's Redistricting App. (Thread)

There is a big question as to whether the Dems can get to 60 seats in the VA House of Delegates. The path to 57/58 is quite easy. Beyond that requires a pretty massive wave, which is not out of the question given how bad Sears’ campaign is right now.
