My friends and I did a JanuARTy challenge and I re-did some character concepts for it: my chosen-one unicorn boy Berthold (Bertie) and disney-villain dragon person Viscount (Vis)
A tall, stalwart blonde knight with wildly long curly hair and a matching beard. He has a torn cloak around his chest, obscuring white armor, and a torn red cloth around his waist like a skirt. He has an angled horn protruding from the center of his forehead, resembling that of a unicorn's. A glamorous dark-haired viscount with slicked back dark brown hair and a beard that points heavily at the chin. He wears a large fur shawl with cloth draping from it, like a cape. They have much of their chest exposed, with many necklaces of varied lengths dangling. He also has horns, though his are dark, and resembling a European dragon's.

An (accidentally?) robotic hand holding a shining, small metal triangle. This piece was supposed to be Bellara’s gauntlet, aka the times when I was praying she had a robot arm but nooo it’s just a gauntlet actually! Varric Tethras but really small and fun sized I think Varric’s vibe going into Veilguard was funny and it’s even funnier now. Like that is literally Peepaw, he is old and sleepy so much A bust of Taash. I knew I was gonna love Taash and I love them so much more! Technically I had done this piece before Veiltober but I was busy when it was their day…so maybe I cheated but I think they look awesome anyway A frolicking halla with vines/tendrils interwoven between its legs and surrounding tufts of grass. I don’t have much to say for this one; much of Veiltober was about finding a vision for a piece and almost intentionally not actualizing it to its entirety. I usually spend too much time on art, so forcing myself to go faster was challenging but valuable. Nevertheless, this piece has a cool idea!

Day 17: Blight For this day I did Lothering when everything was fine, up until it very much wasn't (R.I.P.) Day 7: Davrin I'm currently romancing Davrin in my current playthrough of Veilguard, and he's sooooo charming. It was a total toss up between all 3 men, but he ended up winning ez pz Day 2. Rift The Crestwood underwater Rift from Inquisition! I thought the underwater Rift and massive chains from Crestwood were so memorable even though I feel like that part of the game drags on a bit. Day 1: Veilguard This piece is so funny to me now because I just wanted to draw a dragon, but also had no idea what to do for this day. After having played Veilguard about 60% of the way in I have so many other ideas, but this blighted dragon won the day.
